Delete your app account

The Autolavado 12 Android app is the work tool of our staff. Accounts are created by the car wash for each team member; there is no public sign-up.

How to request it

1. Write to contacto@autolavado12.com.mx or fill in the form on this page.
2. Include your full name, the username you use in the app and your branch.
3. We confirm your identity, delete your account and let you know. We answer within 20 business days.

What is deleted

• Your username and password: you will no longer be able to sign in to the app.
• Your contact and profile data that we are not legally required to keep.

What is kept and for how long

• The sales, payment, attendance and commission records you took part in, because they are part of the accounting: up to 5 years, as required by Mexico's Federal Tax Code.
• The employment data that Mexican labor and social security laws require us to keep, for the period those laws set.
